well i've got powercleans down pretty well. but sometimes i feel kinda dizzy when i do them. but i think it's just because it's such a quick powerful movement. i even get like that from heavy squats but yeah. it seems like powercleans work out my whole body pretty well, mostly upper body though. you dont really see too many people doing them in public gyms though. i'm the only that i know of who does them in the gym i go to.
