hehe, oh yea we ARE in the weight loss forum, my bad. i saw in another topic that JP is only 11 years old. weight lifting may not be for you yet, so the best advice would be to go with what the other more experienced users on this forum would have to say about that. my guess is that you have an endomorphic body (ectomorph are the "skinny as a rail" people, mesomorph bodies can gain a moderate amount of fat and lose a moderate amount of fat; same with muscle, and the endomorph packs on the pounds very fast due to the lowest metabolism)

at 11 years old and having access to a computer, my advice would be to do mostly bodyweight exercises, cardio, learning the correct diet, and research all you can about training for an endomorphic body.
