Some info here on carbs vs. no carbs in cardio which is what that gatorade study is about except for the electrolytes which imo can't hurt unless you're worried about retaining water, oh my!

But Playmaker said "working out". Again he was talking about the new "Vitamin Water" marketing crap but as far as sports drinks or carb replacement in general you can't lump all types of "working out" together. What is ok for low intensity may not do it for HIIT or weighttlifting.
