No. The idea of this is to go for as long as everything is moving up until it all stalls for a while.

You probably started out to aggresively on the bench. That's pretty common. Since you're trying to get your form down you'd probably be better off dropping it back 20 or 25 pounds and going again from there. That will prob allow you to move past your current sticking point again. You can go to lower reps but since form is an issue I'm not sure that is the best course.
