I'm off from college so my breakfast is pretty much my pre-workout meal. Does this look fine?

BREAKFAST
4 whole eggs, fried
2 glasses of skimmed milk
1 cup oatmeal with ON 100% Whey Protein

My breakfast should be an hour before my workout right?
