when you first suggested the routine that I am doing now, I was thinking of doing it for at least 2 months then just building on it like easing into a 5x5 I figure if I din't know how to make the transformation into a 5x5 by September then I would just post and ask, but I really like this routine and I'd like to stay with it as long as possible. I am making progress in the squat's, DL, and rows, the bench is my weak point, I did some bent over barbell rows...I like them too I felt real goog after doing a 3x5...
I used to do a lot of bike riding, thats where my screen name came from, I had a expensive road bike, but I sold it a few years ago. Today I was in Toys R Us checking out some toys for my grandson, I saw a road bike on clearence for $49.00, heck at that price how wrong can I go? then the salesman told me if I didn't like it to bring it back and get a refund. I just went for a short ride this thing rides as good as the $700 Trek I had. So now I will add some riding in also.
