Just wanted to add that I finally bought my Light resistance bands (Band III). Should get it Friday or Saturday so I can start incorperating them next week. At the very least DE squats, reverse band bench, abs, and maybe another supplemental. I'll let the man decide on that. Just FYI, I got them through Midwestbarbell since it's one of the cheapest places. Matt says their service is awesome, so I'll let everyone know how good Susan treated me.
