Default protein mix

hey guys, this will be my first post. but i have been lurking on this site for maybe a month now, there is a lot of good information and im trying to assimilate as much as i can. as of right now im taking GNC whey protein, gaspari sp 250, and just eating a lot of food. the superpump is really messing up my bowls so i think im gonna quit that after my tub runs out, and i didnt know this but apparently GNC protein isnt worth salt. btw im 25, 6' 173ish pounds, i started working out again 3 months ago at 155, i dont know how to measure body fat but im still pretty scrawny, maybe able to pinch an inch on my tummy right at my belly button. but i work out 3 times a week, trying to keep to multiple joint excersises, hitting chest shoulder, then back/arms, then legs, and not spending over an hour at a time in the gym. i was looking over trueproteins site because someone recommended that, and i wanted to include glutamine and bcaa's this time around, as well as a quality protein, planning to take a shake before and then immediately after my workout. so i was wondering should i buy bcaa's and glutamine seperately or buy a custom mix, with 10 percent bcaa's, 10 percent glutamine and then 80 percent whey protein, which would give me 3 grams of the g. and bcaa.s per scoop, i.e. 2 scoops = 6 grams, where as 5grams of each are recommended from what ive been reading. also dextrose and maltodextrose are recommended, and cheap so i was gonna buy those seperately and just include them after workout. another quick question, ive seen no info on soymilk, but currently thats what im mixing my wheyprotein into, chocolate flavored soy.. and i plan to keep using it , it has a funky texture by istelf but lends well to making a decent shake, and no lactose, thanks in advance.
