well thanks for the speedy replies, i appreciate the info and advice. so you guys mix your protein in with water then? if anyone has any advice on flavor mixes on the trueprotein site, and how they taste in water thatd be good info. ill drink protein with milk at night, but i read something about the casein(?) proteins in milk slowing the absorption of the whey protein? or is that also blown a little out of proportion and shouldnt be worried over?
