Hey guys, I've been very ill for a few days so updates haven't been an option.

Again, took 3.5 scoops PREworkout and had terrific energy throughout the workout. I've actually noticed that I take LONGER in the gym than before because I don't try and rush through before my energy disipates. DE box squats I did all the required warmups before hitting 395 x 1 (new PR). Box set me 1" below parallel. Only wore a belt.

I also took the usual 3.5 scoops before ME Bench day. Hit 315 x 1 Incline Barbell press. Felt fantastic even though this was the day I started really feeling sick. Basically just a 9/10 severe headache, blurred vision, ect. Scared to death it was meningitis (again), which I'm not about to suffer through again!

Anyways, JS Rows on ME Bench day was my test on the effectiveness of this product. Reason being, every single time after I do them, usually 3 x 8, I feel like death warmed over. That being said, I'm extremely happy to report that I blasted through them and didn't feel like dying. That's all I needed to see!

So far after about a week and a half, I'm very impressed with this SUBTLE supplement. It doesn't give you energy like a caffiene pill or anything, just a very good sustainable energy release that lasts me through some gruelling workouts. It IS a lot of coin, but it lasts forever IMO.. In the future, I'm compelled to continue purchasing this supplement because I feel perfect from the moment I walk into the gym until I leave. This was the missing link for me, as all my past workouts left me dry heaving in the parking lot. No longer the case.

I haven't taken any measurements to include weighing myself, so I'll knock that out on my DE Bench day.
