I need a routine for the long run...
Most of you probably remember me. I am 6'0, 160 lbs. I want to get bigger and more muscle. Can someone give me a good routine of things to do in the weight room?
I work in the weight room from 11-1 in the morning on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri's so it works out great because I can just work out then. So with those days can someone help set something up for me?
