You know when it comes down to it it's not about a "program" anyway. It's about progression in training. Too many people are spending all their time looking for a magical program instead of evaluating where they are, what got them there, and how they may be able to progress. Hosnestly, as much good information is in the "Ultimate Workout Resource" sticky when I see over 10,000 hits I'm thinking there are a whole lot of people spinning their wheels.

You say you weigth 160 now. Since when you first came on you weighed 145 either you've made some progress or gained some fat. If you have progressed then you should have learned something and that would give you a basis from which to frame your questions.

The reason I'm not going to bother is because I've continually asked you what you have been doing training wise and you have NEVER answered. All I ever had was a list of exercises. We never get many answers, all we get are more questions.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
