"Its when you start running hard and you havent ran in a while or a long time your legs get stressed because they are not used to the moment of your body weight."--Kuestone Yeah pretty much since the end of last school year i havent ran and now that im in school again my PE coach got us running kinda hard at times. so im not used to it anymore but i will build back up

"The shoes you wear can also effect this, if your landing flat foot when you run it can f your shins up something nasty, not to mention your knees and back."--hrdgain81 And yeah to this one also, im not running in running shoes i've been running in some Quick Silver skating shoes and when my legs start stiffening and stuff i notice that i start running flat footed, but i cant help it because my legs wont move right, its like they aint got no strength in them to run right. im trying to think if i run flat foot in general but i dont think that i do. i'll try and pay attention to how im running on thursday when we run again. hmmm.... lets see.... thank you guys for your help its greatly appreciated, i was going to ask my PE coach but he's almost always throwing a fit over wut kids do in his class! LOL he's gonna give himself a heartattack with how worked up he gets himself! but yeah...LOL... any suggestions to run right instead of flat footed if i do find out that im running flat footed? thanks again guys!
