i wholeheartedly agree that low dose cycles are more than enough to grow on (unless you've already maxed out your genetic potential -- which probably VERY FEW, if any, of those on this board have done). high doses may give faster gains, but IMO the excess side effects are not worth it. its much easier on the body to gain 10-15lbs a cycle than to try to pack on 30-40+ lbs at once. besides, one can always do another cycle down the road...
i used to be on the "high dose" bandwagon, but have come to realize that low doses allow me to make the gains i want with fewer sides.
