BG5150 has a good recomendation about the creatine and protein supplements.
Personaly I think whey is enough, Casein is a good protein, but can get expensive. If you want the effect of it they take your whey with milk, before bed that will slow things down. During the day (ie; before,during or after a workout) take the whey with water. It may not taste as good, but the effect is way better.
