Hey all!!! Thought I would stop by and introduce myself. I have been to many forums before but, this community by far looks to be the best. People here seem to give genuine advice without judgement or prejudice. I am 34 I have been working out for 10+ years, I have trained for fitness competitions but never had the guts to enter one. I have mad respect for anyone that has enough guts to follow their dreams whether it is a competition or otherwise, I have often let the fear of failure get in the way, and not to mention I hate to lose..lol Anyway I look forward to any and all advice or suggestions that might come my way on my posts. And appreciate the resource you have provided here for all those who quest to be just a little bit better lead them here!!! Much Love.
