I hear you, I have a 6 y.o. son and he is the most important thing in my life. They grow up so quick that I just don't want to miss any of it.
We have him enrolled in little league he's the catcher, so last sat he had a game and it showed that he did not want to play, no hustle, and so on.
When we got home I had a little talk with him about giving 100% in all you do and that if he didnt wanna play thats fine.
Well he had a Tuesday game and he hit a double and my wife said he was really trying..I could not tell you how mad and upset I was that I was stuck at my job. I would have given up my days pay to see how excited he was when he hit that double.
