Tough one, but you know convincing the people from work to come over on the weekend can be a tough sell. Everyone kind of wants to do their own thing with that time and sometimes they don't want to hang out with the same people they do during the work week.

The family was there though so that's all that matters. But I do think you forgot to mention the two key words.... FREE BEER.
