I couldn't agree with you more, hardgain. I know very little about running ECA stacks but I can tell you there is a danger of trying to get down to the cellular level and say "this is what is does, so...".
We are not petri dishes.
Another thing I don't understand is why the article is supposedly about ECA stacks but only adresses ephedrine. I understand the theory (in general) behind the stacking. But the long term effects of the caffeine have to be considered I would think as well. The article completely ignores the brain effects. Increasing dopamine may be great for performence and all that but there is a reason we don't all walk around on a dopamine high all the time.
