im gona tell you the truth. before i lost fat i never thought i could untill i started doing my reserch! here is what i do
eat 5-6 meals a day, big meals at around 300-400 cals, the snaks in between around 150-200 cals, make sure most are coming from protein and healthy fats, not many carbs. alot of water and some green tea
weight lift 3 days a week
HIIT 3 days a week
