No Training Today as much as I hate to skip a day I didnt eat most of the day went my ins Doc for pysical and bood work(nothing to do w/ hrt clinic although I asked him to check my test levels) and I have a 101 degree temp
I don't feel sick, doc said it may be a sinus infection. tried to lift but no strengh and I figure I'm gonna just hurt myself. So should I go for same workout tommorow or just skip it all together?
