im a new comer to this site. =)
heres a bit of my back ground, im australian, 18 years old.
i have been lifting for nearly 2 yrs now. i weigh 194pnd (88kg) and am 6'3" ( est 192cm) haha, this is hard 2 get use to with the pnd and kg's.
