well here's my stuff
5'8''
171lbs
flat bench: 235 x 2
incline bench: 185 x 6
decline bench: 225 x 6
squats: 315 x 6 (bleh i can do better give me a month.)
leg press: 940 x 2
deads: 315 x 6 (not sure about these, i know i can lift more than that.. i posted a vid a while back of them, no one commented :( but just incase you just didn't see it..
