I agree. You've been doing good up until this point. If you look at is like you've gained 1 and a quater pounds a week that's pretty good. If your were to aim at increasing that gain I guarantee that improvement in diet have more of a chance of effecting that than the addition of a supplement.

Muti-vitamin mineral for sure. Protein powders if you really need it to bump up your protein intake. The only area where I would say that supplements can make a big difference is in the area of pre and post workout nutrition. Some fast absorbing protein and carbs there could really help you if you're not already doing it. Creatine if you want is not a bad idea and you can use it pre or post.
