workout program
i have just recently started taking SiX Star advanced creatine and muscle milk. i amd starting a workout schedule of: Monday-Arms (curls,close bench, triceps..etc), Wed.-Chest(Bench, incline,decline,flys) Back(Lats, rows) and Shoulders (Shoulder press, front and side raises, etc) and then Friday-Legs (Squat, Extensions, Hamstring curls, calves, etc) and i was wondering if this sounds like a schedule where i will see results and how soon?
