Like the men said, soreness is certainly not and indication of a good workout. But neither is a pump. As a matter of fact, that statement could explain why you don't get sore...since I would expect SOME soreness first starting out (but don't worry about it). Feeling pumped means to me that you are getting into the realm of metabolic fatique. The senstation that you are "pushing hard" is a function of this and not real indication of relative intensity. It's an oversimplification but.....if I were to take a good amount of time off, with the way I train, I could get sore as hell without ever approaching a pump.
Besides looking over the information we already have here my suggestions are to start training your lower body. Train heavier more often doing only a full body 3 times a week or an upper/lower split.
