If you feel bad enough that you posted on it then your probably should skip it. On your side you probably went to heavy on something or you are not properly warming up.
Play it by ear and see how you feel. Read the injuries sticky in case it's something serious you need to attend to. Get some rest and get better and I doubt you'll lose too much strength. Keep your eating up.
