U know what will fuck up ur joints really bad? SD, I have never been to the Dark side, so I cannot compare it to halostenin or deca or whatever like some idiots do. I am on an SD cycle right now, I am insanely strong, I am lifting at least fitty pounds more on almost every excercise except for curls. On the third day, I felt too strong that I lifted for about 2 hrs, oh shit, I was barely able to move the next day, but I managed to go to the gym and did some leg workouts.
I guess I am gonna have to try some of that Joint stuff too.
