I knew that 5x5 comment sounded familiar. It's from Anthony Dittillo. He obviously never tried the 5x5 method. How in the world he things that 1 or 2 sets of 8 is better than 5 sets of 5 is beyond me. He also obviously thinks that everything is about working to failure or adding volume for volumes sake instead of thinking about what is going to happen the next workout.

I like how he reminds us of simple things that are easy to forget, however. But I'm pretty sure this is copyrighted "for sale" material that someone has posted for the world to see.
