Pre workout shakes????
I've read that thread that talks about pre and post workout nutrition, and I have to say that I thought that it sounded like a good idea to have a pre workout protein shake. But the only question I have about that is if I'm taking supplements that are supposed to be taken on an empty stomach before I train how can I take a pre workout shake? Should I just take the shake an hour or two before I train or what. Thanks for the advice.
