I completely agree. You're gonna feel like shit for skipping the gym and you're gonna feel like shit from the cold, so either way you'll feel like shit. You're better to feel like shit with as much rest as you can get. Keep bombin that water and you'll be good to go in no time man.

I like that setup. ME days are fun, but they also bring out the madman thats locked up inside. You definitely need some time to recharge your sanity with the numbers your poppin up these days
