I'd say no longer than 3 weeks. I personally did 10/10/20 mg per week. I think I could've still gotten gains with a simple 10 mg for 3 weeks. After that, PCT should last 3-4 weeks. I wouldn't start another cycle after PCT until at least another 2 months.
Few and far between if you ask me IMO.
