Definately food for thought. I tried holding a few of those kinds of DB's, but it has a wierd setup that you have to fit your hand into. My wrists are pretty wide, so it was slightly uncomfortable.

-> I think I'm going to start my new rotation next week. I was half tempted to go into the gym today to start up my ME workout with low box squats, but I know from experience that I wouldn't be hitting any PR's feeling the way I feel. I still feel like a used tampon.

On the plus side, I went to bed at 0600 this morning from the night shift, woke up briefly at 1300 to see if I was going to the gym, then went back to sleep and just woke up now at 1630. So I guess I really needed that sleep. I still have a little shortness of breath, but hopefully when I dose myself tonight with some Nighttime Thera-Flu, I'll be out for the count until tomorrow feeling good enough to pick back up with my RE BENCH day.

In other news, I've really spent a lot of time cleaning up my diet to facilitate some fat loss. Pretty easy plan IMO. My main concern obviously is strength. So non workout days I'm starting up some gpp work for 30 minutes, and staying away from carbs on those days. Just lean meat, protein shakes, and lots of veggies. I'm also taking 10 grams of fish oil per day as usual. Workout days obviously will have a lot of carbs. Protein every day will continue to be around 400 grams per day.
