Really they're just amino acids. Widely available in food and abundant in your whey as Hardgain said. They're hasn't been any reported side-effects and you can bet that a lot of people are taking super mega doses....cuz that's what people do.

To my knowledge the only side-effects are in the realm of potential side effects. Purely conjecture. I've only heard of one study using a large amount, 60 grams. It caused alterations in blood levels of trytophan, phenylalanine and tyrosine(?). The theory is this could casue depression in certain individuals.

Let me repeat that dose. SIXTY GRAMS. That's about 48 of your capsules. I'm just saying to take at least 4 to 7 if you want them to be of benefit to you. But believe me, bro, I am very cautious and I would never recommend anything I thought would hurt you. Hell, I don't even really recommend you spend money of BCAA's. But since they were free you might as well get the most out of them.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
