Meal 6 @ 7:00 pm : 2 scoops weightgainer in water (post workout nurtition)
Meal 7 @ 7:30 pm : 8oz steak with mushrooms and potatoe
Meal 8 @ 10:30 pm : 1 can tuna Overall Impression
