Meal 4 @ 4:15 pm : 2 scoops weightgainer (pre-workout)

Meal 5 @ 5:30 pm : 2 scoops whey in milk (post-workout)

Meal 6 @ 6:00 pm : sushi

Meal 7 @ 10:30 pm : tuna
