Equipoise (boldenone undecylenate)

Im starting a 10 week cycle of it and i need help. I'm researching it but the best advice come from experiance so thats why im asking for help. Please dont flame me im looking for help not a speech on research blah blah blah.

im going on a cycle for 10 weeks then 21days after im taking pct.
Im little confused on the dosage cause ive read mixed reviews on it
How much food intake i believe about 3,000. How many sets per body part.
