great advice and i totally understand you and your view. Ive been trainning since i was 15 ive read ever book every article i can get my hands on this is my first time with gear and ive been natural up until this cycle im gonna start. i normally do 9 sets per body part but when ur on gear its different and im just looking to make the link between the two. Im looking for help not to be critized.
