calve ex on leg press
1 x 25 x 190 s.s. (to hard to do d.c. style can't good stretch)

Quads
vertical leg press(yukan)
1 x 12 x 340
1 x 11 x 405
1 x 23 x 340

Decided to change out squats for vert leg press, did not want to but when I was warming up for squats got to 295 and my knee started in on me. Vert leg press done on yukan equipment. S.l.d.l done with just enough rest to change plates.(thanks Dan)
