DE SQUAT/DEADLIFT: Good day. Felt really good going in. Banded DE squats I reset back to 245 for the 8 x 2. Last week I used 265 and was pretty fast, so I'm planning on resetting the weight and build back up to 275 lbs. The following week after that I'll go for a new banded 1 RM, and so on...
SLDL's standing on plates I hit 305 for 3 x 8. Last set was very difficult. A real burner.
DB swings I moved back down to a 90 lb DB for 3 x 12. Both the hyper machines were being hogged by a few chicks, so I didn't bother. Banded abs pulldowns I ramped down from 18, 17, 16, 15 reps. Next time I'll just do 4 x 16-18 reps, which is good progress.
