Yeah, I'm the type that views a missed PR as a wasted workout. Sadistic?.. Yup, I think so, but I cannot change my views. My ME BENCH numbers are already so high as they are. So much so that I'm starting to think about getting a benching shirt to stay safe. Refer to my Tate article on page one. He makes a lot of sense about this.

So if I can at least match or come close to an old PR for a few rotations, and focus harder on increasing my ME triceps and all my shoulder exercises, then in time I'll beat them. Plus, it's harder when someone is natural as well to continue increasing past 400 fucking pounds for any press.

Deadlifts and some squat variations I know I still have quite a bit left in the tank so I'm not worried about those.
