ME SQUAT/DEADLIFT:
Olympic squats I hit a 5 lb PR on. 410 x 1.. Kinda upset though because it was easier than I thought it would be, meaning I originally had a 5 lb plate per side, then stripped it for a 2.5. I did a lot more volume working up this time as well. 225 x 5, 275 x 3, 335 x 2, 365 x 1, 410 x 1. DROP set with 325 x 6 easy. I could've done more, but I was lazy.
Plate deadlifts I hit another 20 lb PR. I'm kinda mad with these as well because I still could've done a lot more. 475 x 1 with these. I figure that I can still reach between 10-20 lb PR's on ME squats for some exercise more than others, and at least 20 lb PR's for deadlifts.
Pullthroughs [190 x 3 x 12] ss w/ weighted hypes [35 x 2 x 10]. Banded abs pulldowns I increased to 4 x 17. Calves were DC style with 3 plates and a 25 per side for 12 reps (12 second stretch), then another drop set with 3 plates for 12 slow ones (5 seconds up, 5 seconds down).
