For bulking you can use the 40/20/40 split for protein% fat% and carb%. So basically 40% of your caloric intake is protein, 20% is fat...... Fitday.com has alot of the values for food, enter in the food and you can get a rough estimate of the pfc it contains.

Depending on your activity level and metabolism you may need to adjust your daily calories.

Read the "How to bulk" Sticky and you should be able to get an idea of what your daily calories should be.

Remember its just an estimate and might take some time to adjust it before you find the right setup.

I would say your protein is kind of on the low side. I would say it should be around 300g, you might want to try increasing it and seeing how it affects your results. my 2 cents.
