Meal 2 @ 12:15 pm : Sushi
Meal 3 @ 3:15 pm : cheese quesadilla
Meal 4 @ 6:15 pm : chicken and potatoes
Meal 7 @ 10:30 pm : chicken and potatoes Overall Impression
also did 1 hour of cardio today....5.5 incline @ 3.5 speed....
