You want to put on some mass, get a solid routine and go +500 on the cals. Get your diet in order if not already.
I really have no idea if i'm talking to a noob or a more mature person bb'ing wise.
A product i really liked in recent months for mass/strength w/o sides was Gaspari Nutrition SizeON.
Keep in mind....if any of the big 4 are not in line, make them optimal before hopping on supps like SizeON, etc.
