Definately didn't make me happy LOL. Looking back at my log, I had an increase in energy and gained 5 lbs.. Which being already at 250 (at that time), I thought I topped off staying natural. I'm immune to the word "placebo", especially when weight gain is on deck.

Not that I trust supplement companies, but I'll let everyone else fight the good fight weighing servings. I keep it simple. If they work, I continue purchasing them, meaning the supplement servings are probably correct, and if it's not, shit, I'm still gaining either way. If they don't work, then I move on. If they don't work because of a discrepancy in a serving size, it won't matter to me because I'll never repurchase. Basically, if I'm gaining mass with 'supplement x' at the recommended serving size, diet and training remaining the same, then ignorance is bliss for me! (I'm referring to ANY supplement, not Primaforce supplements)

Sure, it's unsettling to see such a reputable supplement company potentially shortchanging consumers, but I don't think any supplement testers would get unhappy since a) it's FREE, and b) good results across the board adhering to serving recommendations. LOL, actually, good results from HALF the actual serving.

I read Mark respond saying he measured 5 grams of creaform. I understand he's a rep, just like you are, but the scale never lies, and reading a scale isn't a difficult task!.. So I'll be looking forward to hear what Scivation has to say about all the other results, and silence = guilty to me. It IS kinda strange how the owner was the only one who registered 5 grams.

Now, if my memory serves, Primaforce's Creaform's scoop is about the same size as "one rounded teaspoon" -> Which is what Prolab offers for their 5 grams of creatine. I also had great results from regular prolab monohydrate at their recommended serving size.

Regardless, thanks a lot for alerting everyone!

BTW, how's single factor going?
