338 grams for $20? yeah, that's the small tub. go with the big tub for a better deal.

The BCAA's in Xtend are the main ones which your body can't produce enough of on its own.

If you want all 20, drink more whey, or eat more meat. ;)

Also, if you want to play the "bulk" card, you can buy all of the ingredients in bulk, end up about $35 in and it will taste like ass.

Why do you think all of the BCAA product have those same 4 or 5 amino acids? Science shows these to be the most effective, mainly Leucine.

If you want to take the easy way out, buy 500g Leucine and throw 5-10g in your post w/o shake with protein/carbs. Leucine is the most important, most anabolic AA we can give our bodies, especially during or post w/o.
