Hey everyone,
I've checked this place out a couple times before and thought it was great,so I thought it was about time to join. I'm from S.E. OHIO,38 yrs old,6 foot 4,234 lbs.Been fartin around with weights since I was 13,but have been staying solid now for 3 going on 4 yrs.I think thats my longest streak yet.Right now I am working on a goal to get 225 up 20 times,very strict,on the flat bench.I did push it up 16 times as of two days ago,so not much longer I hope.Might not sound like much to you big dudes,but I am working on 25% lung capacity as a result of a genetic lung disease.Well,sorry this was so long,but lookin forward to talkin to you all later.
