Not really pu12. I have been out of commission for the last 2 months due to relocating and some personal stuff.

I like this product alot, especially post workout mixed with some virtago. I believe it helped with recovery quite a bit. I most likely wont be able to get back to the iron till after the new year. But I still have quite a bit left, so I'll make sure to update this when I start up again.
