and I understand it. I tend to think it adds to this problem of people contiually "picking" random programs rather than learning and growing from what they do. Also to this myth that you should change programs in a certain time frame for no other reason than to "shock" you muscle. Personally, I use bad language to do that. My muscles are very prudish

Sorry to hyjack you journal 0311! Looking good. I can't do pendlay rows right now coz they've gotten so heavy they really agravate my back. I'm jealous.
